End User License Agreement (EULA)

Papa Prime – Papa Film Entertainment

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Papa Prime, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, Apple App Store terms, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Apple Compliance Clause

This Agreement complies with Apple App Store guidelines. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. All claims, support, and liabilities are handled by the Company.

3. License Scope

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted strictly for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices as per Apple usage rules.

4. Subscription Terms (Strict Apple Compliance)

Subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to Apple ID. Renewal occurs within 24 hours before end of period. Users must cancel via Apple settings. No external payment methods are allowed.

5. Content Licensing Declaration

All content available on Papa Prime is either owned, licensed, or legally authorized for distribution. The Company holds necessary rights or permissions for streaming and display.

6. Anti-Piracy Enforcement

Users are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, redistributing, or publicly displaying content. Violations will lead to termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, UI, and content are protected. No rights are transferred to users.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The App may include APIs or services from third parties. The Company is not responsible for third-party failures or inaccuracies.

9. User Obligations

Users must not misuse, hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App. Account sharing or unauthorized access is prohibited.

10. Privacy Reference

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Data collection and usage are explained therein.

11. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided 'as is' without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or service interruptions.

14. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse or violations.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Gujarat courts.

16. Changes

We may update this Agreement anytime. Continued use implies acceptance.
